All Ears MCP is live: ask what's being said about your brand, right where you work

Social listening is moving from dashboards to conversations. More of the work now happens inside AI assistants, where teams draft, plan, and prepare, and the insight they need shouldn't live in a separate tab.
Today we're launching All Ears MCP. Connect All Ears to Claude, ChatGPT, or another AI tool, and ask about your brand in plain language. The answers come from what's being said across podcast, broadcast and social video, in the same conversation where you're already working.
Why spoken media belongs in your AI assistant
AI assistants are becoming the place where teams research, plan, and make decisions. But most of what they know comes from text: websites, articles, and documents. The conversations happening in spoken media where much of the opinion about your brand is actually formed, stay out of reach. All Ears MCP closes that gap. Your assistant can now draw on the part of public conversation that's said, not typed.
What you can do Ask about your coverage
Find spikes, track sentiment, measure growth, and compare your brand to competitors with a single question. Find the mentions behind the numbers. Go from "mentions are up" to the exact podcast episodes and videos that drove it, with what was said and who said it. Turn answers into something you can send. Ask for a summary for your leadership team, a campaign recap, or a draft for a client report. Create monitors from the chat. Start tracking a new campaign, competitor, or topic without leaving the conversation. It shows up in All Ears with history already filling in.
Try asking
"Any spikes in coverage this week? Show me the days, the sources, and the tone."
"How did mentions change in the 2 weeks after our launch, by channel?"
"Compare us to our 3 biggest competitors last month."
"Summarize this week's coverage in 5 bullet points I can send to leadership."
Over the coming weeks, we'll go deeper into how PR, social media, campaign, insights, and community teams use All Ears MCP in their day-to-day work.
Fits into how you already work
All Ears MCP runs on your existing monitors, so there’s nothing to rebuild. And because it works alongside the other tools connected to your assistant, you can bring spoken media into workflows you already have. Pull this week’s coverage into your Monday brief, combine it with notes from your docs when preparing a campaign recap, or turn a spike into a draft message for your team, all in one conversation.
Everyone signs in with their own All Ears account, and your assistant only sees the monitors you already have access to.
