All Ears indexes publicly accessible spoken media. If you own rights in content we have indexed and you do not want it included in the future, you can opt out using the form below.
What happens after you submit
You submit a request
Use the form or write to rights@allears.ai. You receive an auto-confirmation with a reference number
We acknowledge within 10 business days
We confirm receipt and let you know if we need anything further to validate your request
Completion within 30 business days of validation
Validated requests are removed from our future indexing and API delivery
What we will do
For every validated request, we will remove the identified works from future indexing and add them to our internal rights register to ensure the content is never re-indexed.
How we handle requests in good faith
We verify rights ownership before acting on a request. Where verification is needed, we will contact you for documentation. Response times exclude periods during which validation of rights ownership is pending with the requester.
