All Ears is the first media monitoring platform with full coverage of spoken media. Now the SaaS company is raising fresh capital, accelerating its expansion in the U.S., and launching unique TikTok monitoring.

All Ears has raised SEK 50 million in a new funding round, with Bonnier Ventures as the lead investor. Alfvén & Didrikson, which previously invested in All Ears, is also participating in the round.

“I think many of us can recognize that we are spending more and more time with podcasts, YouTube, and other spoken channels. We believe it will become crucial for organizations to gain insights from these channels, and we believe All Ears is on to something big,” says Victor Bodin, Investment Director at Bonnier Ventures.

“Given the strong growth in podcasts and other social media, it is becoming increasingly important for companies to monitor and control how they are perceived across these channels. We are convinced that All Ears has a unique product in this space,” says Tiyam Afshari at Alfvén & Didrikson.

The goal of the funding round is to increase All Ears’ presence in the U.S. and invest even more in its unique product, which already has thousands of paying users, including customers such as Hertz, Canon, and Walmart.


Revenue doubled, building a U.S. team

Between summer 2020 and summer 2021, All Ears expanded significantly: revenue increased by 140%, and the team tripled in size.

All Ears already has several high-profile American customers, including Walmart’s U.S. headquarters. The company is now building a U.S. team and plans to open a local office in New York next year to scale both sales and marketing.


Launching unique TikTok monitoring

All Ears already offers unique monitoring and AI-driven analysis of all spoken media: TV, radio, podcasts, and YouTube. The company is now adding monitoring of news media and social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok.

Today, 1 in 7 Swedes and 1 in 3 Americans use TikTok – yet there has previously been no effective way for companies and organizations to monitor and analyze how they are mentioned on the platform.
