All Ears partners with Odyssey to bring spoken media into brand intelligence

Today, All Ears announces its partnership with Odyssey to change that.

Odyssey is a brand-tech platform that integrates brand tracking, positioning, and segmentation. Through this partnership, Odyssey customers can now combine structured tracking data with live spoken media in the same dashboard, bringing survey insight and conversation insight together for the first time. The integration is powered by the All Ears API.

Surveys tell you what people say when asked, while spoken media tells you what they say when no one's asking. Two data sources, two kinds of insight, and until now only one of them has been in the brand tracker.

What the integration does

Inside Odyssey, customers now see share of voice, share of mentions, reach, PR value, and net sentiment as native KPIs in their brand tracker. The numbers are All Ears' spoken media observations, integrated through our API.

To understand what's behind any number, customers can click through to the full mention feed and see every quote, every creator, and net sentiment per mention. The metric and the conversation behind it sit in one view.

Building infrastructure for spoken media intelligence

Over the past several years, All Ears has built independent spoken media infrastructure for indexing and structuring spoken information at scale. Today, the platform processes around 50,000 hours of audio daily across podcasts, social media platforms, broadcast, web TV, and other spoken sources in multiple languages.

The integration with Odyssey runs on the All Ears API, a continuously indexed, machine-readable dataset of global spoken media. It's what powers our own platform, and what enables partners like Odyssey to surface spoken-media metrics natively inside their products.
